🔑Another house sold!🏠 I delivered keys to a great couple today! They were fun to work with, and it was a smooth transaction for sure. I admit that the day we looked at houses and land was a bit of an adventure for me. 😅 One house we couldn’t get into at first; stood in the sun for a while, found some shade, made some calls and we got access. We met later in the day and went about 25 min out of town to some land that was accessed by a farm gate with a padlock and the “driveway” was tall grass. We drove back to a very peaceful area, but definitely not what I expected when we went that way. I must say that real estate is a fun adventure! Something new and different each day. We found their perfect house and with homes moving so fast, made an offer that night! I look forward to hear how they settle in! Oh, and this new home happens to be within walking distance of their grandkids! 🙃 How fun!!! 🏠I closed on another house yesterday! This was my third closing in two days! 😅 I was excited and blessed to be able help my brother and sister-in-law sell this beautiful home! We stayed in the cutest air bnb, but I admit this cracked me up a little. My first thought was… don’t tell me there isn’t a toilet. It made me think how you can “easily” turn those half baths into full baths!🫣😅😂 It’s definitely a good use of space and in the end we were happy that it came with a toilet!
